Angela Smayda, Yoga Therapist

Angela Smayda has been in the wellness industry for over 15 years.  With a Bachelor's of Science in Therapeutic Recreation, she has dedicated her life to improving the health and fitness of the people around her.  She has a background Cardio Kickboxing, Personal Training, and Sports Nutrition.  She also holds a 200 Hr yoga certification, Crossfit® Level 1 Certfication, CrossFit Movement & Mobility Certification and a CrossFit Gymnastics certification.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Angela began her own Boot Camp and Cardio Kickboxing business based out of North Fort Worth.  Then, finding a passion for Crossfit® and Yoga, Angela pursued her 200 Hour Yoga certification and Crossfit® certifications.  She has transformed her practice into a series of client-focused services. She provides assisted yoga, yoga instruction and Crossfit® coaching.

For the past 6 years, Angela Smayda has worked with a wide range of clients ranging from world class athletes and competitive Crossfitters to ordinary “stiff guys” and stay-at-home moms.  Helping people get fit, get healthy, lose weight, reach peak performance or just live the lifestyle that they desire is her main driver.
