About Dr. Watson
Dr. Watson grew up in the small central-Texas town of Kempner, where she fell in love with sports on the soccer field. She carried that into a Division II soccer career at Angelo State University, overcoming injuries early on to become team captain by her senior year and earn the Hollands Award for leadership and sportsmanship. Those same injuries lit her interest in injury care and prevention.
She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University in 2023, where she threw herself into clinical development, attending more than 15 seminars and workshops and logging countless hours in hands-on training. She has since certified in Dry Needling, Active Release Techniques, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
Drawing on her own experience as an athlete, Dr. Watson understands the frustration of being sidelined. She focuses on finding the root cause, retraining proper movement, and giving patients the tools to keep their progress after they leave the office. She lives in Keller with her partner and their dog Remi, and spends her free time outdoors, at the gym, cooking, and exploring local coffee shops and farmers markets.
In Her Words
“Pain can create a lot of doubt and fear around your body. I love helping people move and function better in daily life, so their pain can calm down while their confidence goes up.”
What Patients Say
“Dr. Watson was absolutely amazing! I’ve been dealing with nerve pain in my neck on and off since May and decided to come here to see if they could help. I walked out of there feeling immense relief from my nerve pain after just a single visit. Dr. Watson was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be going back.”
“Dr Analise Watson was excellent. I came to her for sciatica that was extremely painful... I stayed with her approx 1.5 hours answering her questions and having her work on me. I felt she was incredibly thorough. She worked on my glute, leg, back for approx 30 min using trigger point and massage to loosen the muscles. She also prescribed a targeted exercise to do every 2-3hrs to help. This helped immensely... She really knows what she’s doing.”
